  My boyfriend and I went into this location just to get a drink because I already am not too fond of Burger King based on experience and reviews. While waiting for about 10 minutes to be helped I heard rats or some sort of animals running around in the ceiling. When we went to bring it to the employees attention we didn’t even have to say a word because they heard it themselves and their mouth just dropped. The manger had nothing to say except that she was very sorry and I was upset to see them serve people right after we left.
