  Normally good experience but the young woman at the window today needs better customer service skills. Ordered an iced chai and when she handed me a hot drink I said "oh it's supposed to be iced" to which she goes "oh-kay..." Literally how you say something makes a world of difference and you chose to try and make me feel dumb instead of just fixing the mistake. The cold brew I ordered had ice when I asked no ice as well so most likely the order taker is having a bad day but that doesn't give window girl the excuse to have an attitude.
