  Yuly Rodriguez from cosmopolitan realty helped me to purchase an investment home in Orlando. The process went smoothly. She kept me well informed throughout the process. Her negotiating skills were outstanding. I have had negative experiences with agents while buying and selling real estate in prior transactions but this experience was great. I will certainly work with Mr.Rodriguez again.

  She went above and beyond to ensure our deal went through as easily and smoothly as possible. She was exact and thorough in her estimate of our property, and following her recommendations we received a fantastic offer. She knows the Orlando area very well. She is a terrific realtor, 100% responsive, knowledgeable, and forward thinking. She also isn't one dimensional with expertise in commercial, residential, and international she can do it all ! She is also very personable and easy to work with. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling.
